Exp realty is the perfect place for a real estate team. As they offer different options for any team so they can fit in at their comfort level.

Domestic Team:

A domestic team is a great option for couples who are partnered in business together. Both realtors may share the 16k cap amongst each other (8k each), one also pays only half of the monthly fee. Traditional Team:

A traditional team allows for all team member's cap to be reduced to 8k, with the exception of the team leader. In order to qualify the team leader must have a minimum of 30 transactions or 6 million in sales volume in the last 12 months. To learn more about how you may qualify click below.

Mega Team:

A mega team allows for team members to be on a reduced cap of only 4k with the exception of the team leader. In order to qualify the team must meet a minimum of 175 closed transactions, $40 million in sales volume and 10 realtors who cap within 12 months. Self organized Team:

A team that allows for more flexibility and has no requirements for qualification. Any realtor with Exp can form a this team. Realtors who join a self organized team will be on a full cap of 16k. To learn more about how to start a self organized team click below to learn more.

THRIVE:

Have you heard of EXP's thrive program? If you are a team who is interested in potentially joining EXP, have 10 or more agents, and generate a minimum of $40 million (US/CAN) in sales volume over the previous 12-month fiscal period you may qualify for thrive.
